Association of Customer Number to Patent Application

Patent Center is not associating the customer number to the application, making the application not viewable in PrivatePAIR. I filed a PCT application on Monday, May 4th. The attached filing Acknowledgement Receipt shows the Customer Number confirming that the number was correctly specified on the filed documents. The PCT Help Desk has confirmed that the Customer Number is listed on the documents, but the application is not associated with the customer number. I have contacted EBC via phone and emails, but they cannot comprehend the problem which has been explained in the simplest and clearest form known. THIS IS A BUG IN THE PATENT CENTER FILING SYSTEM WHICH NEEDS TO FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!
