Since entity status may be updated through Private PAIR, it would be fantastic to have the ability to search by customer number and have returned in the results entity status. This would allow practitioners a quick way to review entity status for potential review.
Additional useful, and impressive if possible, would be the ability to select the matters in the list to begin a bulk entity status change rather than having to access each record individually. Such a process would still fit the parameters the Office has set for a practitioner being able to make the change online via Private PAIR since the practitioner needs to be associated with the customer number used as the Correspondence Address.
