Fix IDS form to accept six and five-digit patents

For many years, the Information Disclosure form does not allow the addition of U.S. patent numbers less than 1,000,000.

Any attempt to add a number in the U.S. patent section with six digits or less brings up the following popup: "Invalid Patent Number format. Patent numbers can be up to 13 charates, with the first two being alpha numeric. EXAMPLE: 99,999,999; 9999999."

Trying to fool the form by adding a leading 0 does not work. I reported this issue to the EBC several years ago but it has not been fixed. Please update the IDS form to fix this problem.

Thank you!
