Practitioners falsely labeled as "not enrolled"

If you go into the manage customer number interface and review a particular customer number, it lists all of the registered attorneys/agents that are associated with that customer number. There is a message on that webpage that indicates that any registered attorneys/agents with an asterisk next to their name are "not enrolled" (presumably in MyUSPTO.gov) and will not be able to access files for that customer number in PAIR or Patent Center. However, every single person associated with any given customer number has the asterisk next to their names, regardless of their enrollment status (all of our attorneys had asterisks, but they are all enrolled in MyUSPTO and can access our customer numbers without any problem in Patent Center, The asterisks should either be fixed or removed.
