It would be helpful if PTO due dates for a customer number could be downloaded or subscribed to as a calendar. Due dates for missing parts, office actions, issue fees would automatically populate a calendar, and attorneys could use a calendar app like Outlook or iCal or gCal to keep track of their due dates.
A screen in PAIR that tracks all applications by customer number in a docket list (as currently performed) but with status indicator, calendar/timeline, and provides the ability to sort applications by pending activity, priority or due date, and status.
There needs to be a better way to get all XML data for all applications associated with a customer number. Currently outgoing correspondence xml data, customer number xml data, and app-specific xml data all have to be downloaded in order to get all relevant data for applications associated with a customer number.
