Charge Deposit Account based on Customer Number

Add to Financial Manager the ability to associate deposit accounts with customer numbers. Then allow practitioners associated with a specific customer number authorize the Office to charge the deposit account associated with the customer number. Modernization of PAIR

Let attorneys subscribe to a PAIR calendar

It would be helpful if PTO due dates for a customer number could be downloaded or subscribed to as a calendar. Due dates for missing parts, office actions, issue fees would automatically populate a calendar, and attorneys could use a calendar app like Outlook or iCal or gCal to keep track of their due dates.

Need multiple certificates for a registered practitioner

I need to allow a paralegal to use my certificate to access Private PAIR and EFS. However, in order to maintain client confidentiality, I do not wish to allow the paralegal access to ALL of my customer numbers, but only to a certain subset.
