Modernization of EFS-Web

Provide an Alert if there is something wrong/EFS is not working

It appears that EFS stops working periodically, with little warning. It would be really useful if there were a "live" status update on EFS when we log into EFS. Modernization of PAIR

Don't show "Patented Case" status until issuance

First time here; apologies if this has been asked and I overlooked it in my search. Today Private PAIR gave me a mild heart attack. Modernization of PAIR

Status of cases under Appeal

It would be great if there was information on PAIR for cases under appeal, or even a separate system to check the status. Some idea of how long it may take for a decision to be made would be helpful, a la the "first action prediction tab" in PAIR. Once the appeal is docketed and it is awaiting a decision, there is no telling where in the queue it may fall and it may sit for years. An "estimated decision time" or something ...more »
